5 Recipes You Need To Try

Hello everyone, welcome back! Recently, I’ve been getting so many requests on instagram to share some of my favorite recipes.

Over the past couple years I’ve become completely obsessed with cooking, and I’m constantly looking for new recipes for Kolani & I to try out. I’ve shared a lot of pics and sneak peeks on my instagram of things that I have cooked and really enjoyed every now and then.

I was even thinking of doing a a blog post like this a little while ago, and a lot of you requested it, so it was just meant to be!

In this post, I will be including Pinterest recipes I have found, cooked, and tasted. Since life can be chaotic whether it be with school, working full time, or whatever it may be, a lot of these recipes are super simple to follow!

Without much further ado, here are my top five favorite recipes:

Skinny Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

This recipe is absolutely delicious, and healthy! A lot of the recipes Kolani and I like usually have chicken and/or veggies. It’s kind of just our preference, but we try to stay on the healthier side of cooking and eating. I think that this recipe was my most recent recipe discovery and it is so good! Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole

I have made this recipe quite a few times because it was an instant obsession for Kolani and I. It’s easy, cheesy and delicious. The jalapeno’s add just enough of a kick to the meal, flirting with the yummy cheesy flavors. This is an easy go to recipe when I’m just getting home from work, and Kolani is studying away. Simple Baked Chicken

Okay this recipe is a super simple baked chicken recipe, (obviously) and I’m so happy that I found it. If you’re looking for a simple, clean meal, then this is it. It only requires a few ingredients and bakes perfectly under an hour. This is my go to chicken recipe when I meal prep delicious salad lunches for work. Slow Cooker Burrito Bowls

This recipe is probably the most “complicate, in a word, recipe. Although it is absolutely delicious, I highly recommend cooking this on a weekend or whenever you have enough time to dedicate to this recipe. So! The first half of the ingredients go in the crockpot for the first few hours, then halfway through the cook time, you add the remaining ingredients. In that way it is a little inconvenient but so delicious! Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

Last but not least, I give you Kolani’s FAVORITE recipe. This Tuscan Garlic Pasta recipe (or the olive garden pasta, as Kolani calls it) literally tastes like you’re dining at a five star restauarant. One of the most recent times we cooked it, we lit some candles, played some music, drank some wine and you honestly couldn’t tell the difference between being at a restaurant or being at home.
