an Honest Review: Working with Smile Brilliant

an Honest Review: Working with Smile Brilliant

For today’s post, I wanted to share a little honest, quick review about my collaboration with Smile Brilliant.

I was approached by the company during the summer, and they had asked if I would be interested in trying one of their custom teeth whitening kits (for free)! I thought it would be a great opportunity for me.

My experience with them is mediocre. I received my kit after sending them molds to make my custom trays.

At first, everything was going well, but soon, I found that I was being bombarded with emails. Honestly, it was nonstop.

At first it seemed okay, they were checking on how the process was going for me, and I liked that they were so hands on.

Then of course work began to get a little hectic; at the office we had some very important people in the company coming in to visit, and I was suddenly getting busy with that, on top of holiday launch prep.

Given, I probably could have finished the teeth whitening kit sooner, but representatives from Smile Brilliant were HOUNDING me for feedback, reviews, etc. As I tried to explain to them that work was getting crazy and there were other various reasons for not getting back to them in a timely matter, they still wouldn’t really let up.

It seems as if they don’t understand what a full time job can sometimes entail. I will say that the representative was seemingly nice, but would not back off. I could have finished the kit sooner, but with all the constant harassment of emails, it was honestly a turn off and made me kind of regret accepting their offer.

Was the kit cool? Yeah, it was great to have something custom that would perfectly fit whatever way your teeth sat. And the process was cool with the whitening gel, as well as desensitizing gel. The whitening gel did make my teeth very sensitive, although that’s very common.

As for the results, they were good, but nothing great. This whole partnership kind of made the whole experience

I would only recommend this company or product if you don’t work full time. If you’d like to partner with them, just prepared that you’ll have to complete the kit asap to avoid an experience like mine.
