Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve shared a recipe on the blog, so I figured it was perfect timing to share a new recipe I’ve been loving lately! Pasta has become something sort of my specialty lately so I hope you enjoy this tasty meal!

This recipe was created from a great deal of tweaking, but in the end, I think I found the perfect balance for a delicious, enjoyable meal.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley
6 ounces feta cheese crumbles
Noodles (fettuccine or spaghetti noodles are best, use about half of the box for 2 people)

First, heat olive oil in pan at medium high heat.
Fill a separate pot of water and bring to a boil, add noodles in.

In pan, add heavy cream, feta cheese and spices. Simmer on medium/high heat. When the sauce starts to bubble, bring heat to low. It is very important to constantly stir sauce to help it thicken.
If the noodles are being cooked before you start the sauce, they should be done around the same time. Overall, the meal should take no longer than 30 minutes to prepare.

Throw in some seasoned shredded chicken breasts, garlic bread and/or a glass of wine and you have a full meal! This recipe is seriously so delicious and easily one of Kolani and I’s favorites.
